This is a Japanese to English Translation of Alcahest originally a Super Famicom exclusive.
Alcahest is a top-down action RPG, sort of in the vein of The Legend of Zelda, but with a bit more frenetic action and a lot less puzzle-solving. You play as Alen, a young squire of the kingdom of Panakeia. Armed with your sword and shield, you venture out to stop the forces of Alcahest from overrunning the world. Along the way, you will encounter various enemies, uncover magickal secrets, and recruit valuable allies.
